The hotel was ideally located, close to a special celebration dinner venue and in the main tourist area, making it convenient to access the iconic Rialto bridge and everything else in the city center. The room with a balcony was exactly as depicted in the photos and offered a good bed for a restful stay, but the price could be better. The service, especially from the manager on the night shift, was exceptional, allowing us to conveniently drop off and later hold our bags after check-out, adding significant value to our experience.
The hotel is ideally situated, with close access to the restaurant below and a ferry stop nearby. The rooms are modern with a balcony offering a picturesque view. The night shift manager was exceptionally accommodating, allowing us to drop off and hold bags. The dining experience included local Nagasaki rice, enhancing the stay. One downside was the lack of included dining options, which may affect guests' overall value for money perception.

The hotel offers a great view from the balcony and the bed was very comfortable, just like in the photos. The location is perfect, being in a less noisy neighborhood yet close to the center. The service was exceptional, especially the manager during the night shift, who was very accommodating. Although the dining wasn't included, the variety of different hot pot dishes provided a pleasant culinary experience.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with a few positives and negatives. The location is fantastic, close to the Rialto bridge and convenient for exploring the city with restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were cozy, and having a balcony with a view was a nice addition. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the price could have been more competitive.
